The rate of divorce and the increasing call for conflict management indicate that relationships today are falling apart. Many couples are sharing a roof and not a life, living together as strangers and empty in heart and spirit. How can couples rekindle the love and romance in a relationship?


It increase awareness of your family of origins and its’ impact on your characters, likes & dislikes, triggers, fears etc., and how it affects your ability to love freely. Find a new friend from an old foe and rekindle the secret of love with mindfulness and elevation of awareness. Suitable for couples.


This program employs lectures and video aids to instill knowledge and stimulate learning through psychodrama, self and group learning. Physical well-being programs is included for complete mind body spirit wellness for couples to improve connections and build intimate relationships.

Programme Details

This program is designed to help participants to know more about themselves, to explore their deeper needs, to increase awareness of your family of origins, its impact on your characters, likes, dislikes, triggers, fears, etc., and how it affects your ability to love freely, to cultivate emotional intelligence in relationships, to understand the reasons behind conflicts, and to learn to deal with conflicts and repair their relationships. This program, where participants seek self-growth to heal their relationships, is based on the results of substantial clinical research and integrates mindfulness learning and practice into enhancing the capabilities of self-discovery and emotional adjustment. After the program, you will learn to face relationship conflicts, to find a new friend from an old foe, to rekindle the secret of love with mindfulness and elevation of awareness and eventually to build a happy and intimate relationship.

4. Higher emotional Intelligence for long-term happiness in marriage
5. Find a new friend from an old foe in resolving conflicts
6. Eliminate relationship obstacles and rekindle love


Dr. Carol Wang is a Taiwanese. She obtained her PhD degree of Clinical Psychology from East China Normal University. Carol became a certified China-licensed Counselor in 2007 and was joint certified as an intimate relationship trainer by Focus on Family (US) & China Social Work Association. She has lectured in various business enterprises and corporates, such as Bao Steel Corporate, Schneider, Eastman Chemical Company, TSMC, and China Eastern Airline, etc.

Carol is now leading the program design and learning of AITIA Family Learning Center. She is a senior counselor of parent-child education and specialized in changing family relations, focuses on mindful parenting through increasing parents' self-awareness to enable growth. Carol is experienced in EFT (Emotional Focus Therapy) which helps patients to cope with traumatic events, and practices SFT (Solution Focused Therapy) to assist adolescents overcome behavioral problems. She uses mindfulness techniques to enhance individual and family relationships. She is a clinical member and the secretary of SIMHA, a multidisciplinary professional association of therapists who provide mental health services to the international communities in Shanghai and is an International EAP Instructor/Counselor of Workplace Options. Carol was invited by CEO Global as a guest lecturer in Shanghai Jiao-tong University, Fu-Dan University, Tong-Ji University, East China Normal University and Shanghai International Studies University. She undertakes as the chief psychological supervisor of Chang-Ning District Research Institute. Carol has a great passion and devotes herself to strengthen marriage and family to promote the nurturing of happy family and a harmonious society.
