Overview

Experience to connect more deeply with yourself, others and nature. Expand and deepen your relationship to sound and through that, your relationship to yourself and the world around you. Experience sound and silence in the sanctuary of the waters of Sangha in Suzhou.

Delivery

Through sound healing, the use of rhythm as medicine for the body, melody as medicine for the heart, harmony as medicine for the soul and silence as medicine for the mind. The program is delivered in group exercises and practices expressing music as a metaphor for life.

Programme Details

You are invited on an experience to connect more deeply with yourself, others, and nature. For a dose of heart and spirit medicine. Expand and deepen your relationship to sound and through that, your relationship to yourself and the world around you. You’ll learn to receive and express music and learn how to relate to music as a metaphor for life. Experience sound and silence in the sanctuary of the waters of Suzhou and the sacred sound dome at Sangha. Expand your edge, release whatever is holding you back from your fullest expression and allow music, nature, community, and beautiful food to be the vehicles for this soulful and reconnective journey.

You will learn about the four elements of music - silence, rhythm, melody, and harmony - and how to integrate them into your life
You will learn how to use music to calm your heart, quiet the mind, ground into body, come into flow; you will expand your personal tool-box
• You will learn how to use music to connect with your partner (romantic or business), deepen your listening skills and gain new tools to play and be creative beyond words
• You will learn how to use music to bring a group of people (family, community, team) into harmony, presence, and connection
• You will have alone time in nature and learn how to connect more deeply to the earth through music - listening and engaging with Her in an intuitive way
• You will experience music in a sacred sound dome lined with crystals, built with crystals underneath and blessed by multiple traditions
