Delivery

This program is led by a “Stress-Buster” that aims to help individuals equip themselves with relaxation techniques to relieve and manage the stress they experience. Parameters of stress management will be discussed through knowledge, experiential exercises and group sharing.

This course is highly interactive, with experiential exercises and is backed with neuroscience.  It has 3 sections:
