In addition to his academic experience and consulting work, Laszlo spent nearly 10 years as an executive at Lafarge, a world leader in building materials; he held positions as head of strategy, general manager of a manufacturing subsidiary, and vice president of business development. Prior to that, he spent five years with Deloitte Touche, where he consulted on strategy to global industry leaders.

Dr. Judi Neal is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Edgewalkers International. She was the founding director of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas. Judi is recognized as an expert on spirituality in the workplace and speaks and consults internationally. She received her Ph.D. from Yale in Organizational Behavior.
In 1988 Judi began teaching management at the University of New Haven. She focused her research on business leaders who have a strong commitment to their faith and spirituality, and began studying how they bridged the spiritual world and the material world of business. That led to her research on people she calls “Edgewalkers.”

As founder of the Asian Leadership Institute, Brian Bauerle has over 40 years’ experience working in Asia with multinational and family-run companies. He has been instrumental in creating ALI’s unique core competence in mindfulness-based leadership transformation. Brian trained as a professional psychotherapist, earning a postgraduate fellowship in psychoanalysis from the prestigious Menninger Foundation in the United States. He has also held faculty positions at major universities in both the US and Australia.

Alexis is CEO of the Family Business Network (FBN). Prior to FBN, Alexis worked for various family businesses in senior positions, including Lhoist Group, Verlinvest and Armonea, a leading elderly care group in Europe. He was also Senior Investment Officer at IFC (World Bank Group) in the Treasury, Infrastructure and Microfinance Departments.
Alexis is currently member of the Board of Family Business International Foundation and member of the Advisory Board of Mind & Life Europe. A Belgian and Swiss citizen, Alexis holds a Master in Management Science from Solvay Business School and is an INSEAD IEP Graduate.
