How to manage thoughts to make the best business decisions? How to understand clients’ true needs? How to excel in such a highly competitive working environment? How do you manage this consistent, pressurized life that causes your body and mind discomfort?

Program Delivery

This program is led by a “Stress-Buster” that aims to help individuals equip themselves with relaxation techniques to relieve and manage the stress they experience. Parameters of stress management will be discussed through knowledge, experiential exercises and group sharing.

Faculty Introduction

MR Felix LIM

Felix is a registered psychologist who has two decades of professional and academic experience. He began specialising in the field of counselling and psychology and later moved into providing therapeutic psychological counselling services. He has conducted extensive trainings for different groups of people across all ages through various welfare-oriented and private organisations.

Besides having started a successful psychological wellness practice, his passion for teaching led him to work with several private educational institutions that offered applied psychology programmes.

Before joining AITIA Institute as a program director, his previous role was that of an academic. He was the head of program at the university that offers degrees in human development and social services at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
